Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we will cover it or send a free replacement.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund — no need to post anything back in most cases.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for products that are faulty or not as described.
