Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us via our Contact page and we will investigate with the carrier.
To get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, items in the same order may occasionally ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
